I thought about GAMF too......I could not figure out Jrs. "stumped" clue.....my first thought was moonshine, but last I checked that wasnt a festival

OK, I guess I finally found a mystery photo and a question that nobody could answer! The correct answer is: "THE MOUNTAIN FOLKS MUSIC FESTIVAL" This was a very popular festival from the mid-70's through the mid to late 80's at SDC, always held in spring. It featured traditional, bluegrass and Gospel acts, and I can tell you it was a fun time to be at SDC!

NO POINTS AWARDED THIS ROUND! :'(   A NEW MYSTERY PHOTO WILL BE POSTED IN A DAY OR SO...BE LOOKING FOR IT!!!

Come on, no takers? Again, look through memoribilia you might have from the period. This should not be that hard. My friend in the mystery photo had a pretty high profile at SDC for several years. He still works in tourism in the area. I'll leave this one open for guesses now, but if no one can figure it out, I'll post another mystery photo soon... :)

The only person I can think of would have operated the coin press up by the opera house, but I never knew his name.
