Thanks for the great hospitality over the weekend! We all (including the dog) had a good stay! I hope you are able to go to SDC sometime soon and have a break from the Hotel!

So happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay (including the sweet dog)! It was great to see you again and hope you come again soon. I'm trying to go tomorrow, depending on weather (may have some storms).....always somthin'. So keeping my fingers crossed!

OK Paige were getting closer too a date! i have been able too narrow it down too two weekend one in Oct, and the second weekend is Nov 11th i think but as soon as she gives me an answer i will call you.

Just came back from staying at Homestay Inn over the Columbus day weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and Paige was very nice. Thanks for including the beautiful sunrise the morning we left. What an added bounus.

Now Avalanche, I would suggest sooner than later. Just so you know the weekend of Nov 11th - that is Veteran's Week (11/06 - 11/13/Veterans day is 11/11) here in Branson and will be wonderfully busy. Sorry no kings are available that weekend of the 11th and want to be sure you have a great king suite! Now, weekend after that good, weekend before that good - sorry so let me know your thoughts? $:-\$ We would love to have you either way so up to you!

sandunerider i most certainly will post as soon as we get a chance. lol i just cant get the wife too give me an exact weekend that we can go. she has either a baby shower planned a wedding we have too attend and numerous other things planned already, she don't know that i have a big weekend planned as soon as she will give me a date. I'm sure Paige will treat us good when we go, she has been great as far as the questions i have had for her so far, and the web site link on the home page is a great addition.

Ok folks, owner still out of town until end of this week. As soon as I can meet with him will let you know closing date/opening date for next year and rate for next year (it should be the same rate BTW). Thanks to all of you and your support as we exceeded the number of rooms that I first projected so again THANK YOU!!!!

Went to Branson over the weekend and spent 3 nights at Homestay Inn. Paige was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Was very impressed with the room especially for the price. Think we have now found our motel to stay in during our visits when we're not camping. This is really a great bonus for SDC Fans members. I still need to go post my review on Trip Advisor; today's the first time I've had some free time since I got home Monday night.

Really enjoyed meeting you biscuitcreek! Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and thank you for the review, fixed the TV just a little adjustment needed.

Okay, at this point looks like our last day to be open will be Dec 6th. I will continue to talk to the owner to see if in any way we can do at least one more week. In the meantime I am talking with our sister property to see what kind of rate we can do this year while closed like we did last year (new manager over there at BW Landing and I think you will be impressed). So for now, this is where we stand and will continue to update.

We will also be in-touch with the other hotels on SOTH and can advise who will be open, etc. Thanks for your patience!
