And Dewey takes the prize! It is the demonstration area outside of the Leather Shop.
If you notice, there are a few very subtle clues as to the location. The pieces of punched leather lying on the mat, a small strip of leather with a few tooling marks on it at the very left of the photograph, and the mess of dye all over the mat. Nicely done!
