No, Every visitor to the park walks by this at least twice during their day, fairly early on their visit, and then once more when their visit is coming to a close. It is obviously very often overlooked! But that is the point of this game huh? I'll give it another day or so...

Just a wild guess based on your hints... Somewhere outside the park-side of the Hospitality House, maybe near the trellis...

DING DING DING!!! That is exactly where it is located! It is to the right (Towards Molly's Mill) as you are entering the park through the Hospitality House. If you look at the right edge of the photo you can see the corn stalks that are attached to the trellace from the Fall Festival. VERY MUCH overlooked if you ask me!
