Sanddune... This has been a rough Winter for Bob...2 operations and maybe another coming after our SDC vusit. We have to weave our stays between doctor stuff. We are hoping to be back to Branson later Sept or early October.

Palallin....my husband are like you....we must be dinosaurs to like the old ways. We very rarely see shows other than Terry Sanders charity ones and SDC or off park that the Homestead Pickers do..

I booked our stay at Classic for May29-June11 and got the SDC rate of $40.00 a night. Told him that was the price he quoted  before we left last Novenber. He said no problem and we got the room we wanted.

We very rarely eat at SDC. The food is not as good as it used to be. I am a great cook and would rather eat a protein bar than pay for food that disappoints me.. It's not only SDC the food in most restaurants is not as good a quality anymore..I

We had  -24 thus morning. Weatherman said 55" of snow in Feb alone. So ready for Spring.

We've had a cold/snowy Winter up here in WI. Had some -30's nights.  We've gotten soft the last few years. Doesn't stop us from doing whatever we want.I went snowshoeing when it was -22 a week ago. Riding horses bareback is fun in the snow as long as you can find a trail.  The deer are having a hard time with snow deeper than their bellies. Can't wait until we will be able to get to SDC this Summer.

It's Jackson Cash......been in Branson for years.....used to perform at the little stage that used to be in the building attached to the small Walmart on the strip.....he worked for tips there and where he is now Don't  think he'll ever be more than he is now after all these years in Branson.

Sanddune....i called KD to confirm our reservation for Sept 11-23. She said all is still OK with the SDC Fans rate. I thanked her profusely for all her efforts on making our stay  great.
