Just got mine in the mail too! Has anyone else noticed the "new" Silver Dollar City logo? No, I am not talking about the 50th Anniversary logo. On the back of the Times, there is a revamped logo with sparks flying off of the axe, and with a new gold, and blue trim.  ;D

Still waiting on my issue.  A couple of folks on the 1branson board said they got 2 copies of the Times.

You can see the new logo very good on the silver dollar city website....

I just noticed it. Meh. Way too many beveled edges, IMO. It'll fall out of fashion relatively quickly and need updating again within a few years. Too much effort put into making it 'pop'.

We were there today and got our season passes and the new logo is like that on all the stuff and sure I am really big with changing the logo at all

Perhaps the axe head is now made out of flint?  ;D

I like the new logo, but I am not a big fan of pudgy blue, and gold boarder. Although timeless, the old logo still seems a bit "flat" compared to today's standards. I do think the logo looks good with a little depth to it.

While reading the times, did anyone else notice that the Bring-A-Friend pass is only valid after 6:00 PM during the summer months? Perhaps a ploy to entice people to visit during Moonlight Madness?  :)

where is my times??? I have purchased season passes and did not recieve it....I think my mail man hijacked mine! Dumb good lookin mail man. I did buy mine in june. maybe that had somethin to do with it..........

thanks sand! it just makes me a a bit melencholy (sp?) that I did not recieve one in the mail......I only get bills.....but who  doent. :) Like Charlie Brown says "I got a rock."
