Prayers and Positive Thoughts

If you have a minute and could send a prayer this way it would be much appreciated.
My sister has been diagnosed with cancer and is seeing a specialist in Nashville today, two weeks to the day after having her first baby.

Still waiting for a lot of answers.

I am not on to quote scripture, but this was fitting in this situation:

Philippians 4:6-7 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Thank you all for the prayers. She gets her chemo port next week and will have just 6 treatments over 18 weeks, then a surgery.

It is the best case scenario and the relief in our family is visible.

Cancer has no idea who it messed with. My sister is the strongest person I know.

Sister started chemo on Tuesday. Expected to have this whipped and treatments completed by Sept.
Outlook is very good.
Thank you all for your prayers. Now we are all hopeful that she avoids the worst of the side effects keeps this train on schedule.

That is great news! SHe will power through this season in life with God by her side. My fave saying is If God brings ya to it God will lead ya through it. She will come out on the otherside of this victorious! Continued prayers will go to her also...She WILL WIN!!
