Heading to Branson tomorrow, my brother is in Springfield as i type, &he said 65 South is closed.

Any other way to get to Branson, or is this just temporary?

Anyone know what happened to the cameras from Branson via Branson Travel & Vacation.com?
They only have the Titanic & the resturant ones, & they aint working right now?

Took a well deserved day off yesterday. Got here about noon, went to Dicks 5 & 10, ate some lunch, then back to the motel for a little swimming pool action. Met the sanddunerider folks! Great people! Glad i finally got to meet someone else from this website. Rested, played a round of mini golf, got some ice cream at Andys. Rested more till it cooled off, then took a helicopter ride that went over the Landing, SDC, the lake, & the strip. That was a rush!! Got some late dinner & played another round of mini golf. Got back to motel & crashed...

Todays plan? Ralph Foster Museum, Auto & Farm Museum, more swimming, more mini golf, shopping, maybe a go kart race or 2, or what ever catches our eyes. Will try to write more later. Ya all enjoy your day!! I am gunna make a picture video when i get home.

Made a trip to Branson Thursday & Friday. Didnt really get all or good pictures that i wanted. Tried to do a trail ride, & my hips just would not let me. I forgot to charge my camera because we were watching the Royals game. But, had a great time no matter what!!

How many folks on here have shot the water cannons at people? It's not that i am a butthead, it is just fun. I try to choose certain people. No little kids or elderly, just mostly grown ups & teenagers. Most folks have no idea they are there. I've had a few get a little upset, but hey, thats what they are there for. If someone did it to me, i would get a good laugh out of it.

Fire In The Hole operator Richard "Zar" Kozer passed away July 23rd. He helped operate FITH for 16 seasons. This is sad to me. He was my favorite citizen, he would always remember us when we saw one another. My brother sent this to me this morning, it was on You Know Your From Silver Dollar City If.. Facebook page. He was born November 15th 1949. Served in the Marine Corps, & had a Masters Degree from Eastern Illinois. He is survived by his daughter, brother, & wife.

Rest In Peace Richard.. You will never be forgotten..

I saw a video on YouTube about this place, looks interesting. I have been searching up on it on-line for the last couple of weeks. I wanna try it sometime, has anyone ever taken the cave-nature trail - Ozark History Museum tours? I see you get to drive a golf cart, cost about $35.00 a person to do both. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance!!

My brothers pass was mis-spelled, you all dont think he will have a problem at the gate when he goes this Thursday, do ya? His name is Michael, & they spelled it Michale. When they look at your ID, they only look at the picture, correct? I told him not to worry about it, but promised i would ask ya all. Thanks for any info!!

We went to Six Flags for 1 day, The Arch, a Bird sanctuary, Shaw nature reserve near St. Louis, then we met up with my parents in Eminence Missouri. Enjoy!!

We live in KC & have never been to the childhood home town of Buffalo Bill Cody. So we made the trip. Lots of little antique shops & neat stores & businesses. They also hold Festivals about every other month. Anyone ever been to Weston Mo.?

I just searched 20+ pages on E-bay & found a lot of interesting & unusual things. I am just curious if you all would like to see some of them, i have 60 pictures ready to go. Some of the stuff we may have already seen, & some maybe not.
Like, who would not want a SDC match book?!!
