The picture doesn’t include all Herschend land.

Correct.  Not even close to showing all of the land they own
When was that last updated?

It wasn’t meant to show it all. Just around the development. I made it quickly on my phone. Maybe I’ll make a more comprehensive version tomorrow.

The point was, why just “around” it?

I was just going off of online public records and according to them, SDC does not own the actual abandoned building area.

The stone county assessor's site still has the houses listed under Branson Endeavors LLC

https://stonegis.integritygis.com/H5/Index.html?viewer=stone

Of course, it takes awhile for the assessor's site to update.

It's interesting that the land the park sits on is still owned by SCHOOL OF THE OZARKS & BRANSON PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH. I thought they made a deal years back to finally take possession of the property.

It's also odd that Heaven's Ridge LLC owns what I always thought were employee dorms at one point.

Silver Dollar City LLC has purchased 800 acres near Indian Ridge Resort.  Maybe SDC will finally get its own resort like DollyWood.

Silver Dollar City has purchased 800 acres of land surrounding the abandoned Indian Ridge Resort in Branson West.

In a statement to Branson Tri-Lakes News, Silver Dollar City Director of Public Relations and Publicity Lisa Rau confirmed the purchase of property at 10054 E State Highway 76, Branson West, MO 65737.

“Silver Dollar City confirms the recent acquisition of 800 acres of land adjacent to Silver Dollar City. The land was purchased for strategic purposes,” Rau said. “The land that includes the vacant townhomes is not part of this parcel of land.”

According to Stone County’s Geographic Information System Property Map, Silver Dollar City LLC owns multiple parcels of property between their newly acquired property and the Silver Dollar City theme park.

That’s funny.  I posted before you did.  And I see no discussion.

Either for a resort or a new location for White Water to expand.

Is this the property that Uncle Ike's Post Office sits on?  Land belonging to Shepherd of the Hills family?

On another note, was it ever implied what would happen after the 99 year lease ends?

No, that land is north of the park on the other side of 76.
