I had always thought that Ripley's could have brought back a different type of "Duck" experience. One that was a bit more controlled....but yet exciting.

The part on the lake wasn't ever all that great except for the "splash down" - so my thought was continue with the patriotic theme, go tour the military equipment, but then have a finale in a "Battle Zone" with multiple splash downs into large ponds, controlled explosions - like the one in stunt shows, water cannon blasts, etc. - after you escape the "battle field" you have a leisurely ride back to the strip.

No, That would not appeal to me at all.  I would rather have a nice scenic historical view of the area. But, Then I am not a military person. Most militay people I know have no desire for that either. They want to get away from it.
