Are you talking about the snack stand connected to Carousel Barn?
If you are then No.  If you meant somewhere else then I don't know where you are talking about.

I believe this is Elmer's Frankfurters across from the entrance to Lost River.  Connected to the Riverfront Playhouse!

It might have been used for it originally but it's not there now.
