I'll be there next week from tuesday on, weather permitting. Long range forecast keeps flip flopping but has been better every day I have checked.

I'm planning on being in Branson for Memorial Day weekend, and I'm currently planning on being at SDC on Sunday (and maybe late Saturday for a while, depending on when I get to town and can get into my motel). Currently, I'm planning on dressing in red (Spirit of St. Louis Air Show and STEM Expo t-shirt), white (tennis shoes) and blue (Navy shorts). ;-)

I haven't met any of you yet, so if you see me say "Hi" and mention your on the forum. Always glad to make new friends. :-)

Sunday,  the 25th.. we will be there at opening. We will be on the east side of the steam fire engine on the square, aorund  9 - 9:15, waiting for opening ceremony... will have on sleeveless denim shirt, denim jeans, and my black "cowboy" hat....  Hope to meet some new people this weekend.....

AND keep in mind, sat evening about 10:00, there will be several of us at Homestay hanging out... Yes she is closed, But we know the manager "real" well!!!  LOL...  bring drink of your choice and come join us..!!!

Day 1 of mini-vaca:  Drop boat off at storage facility and head to SDC!  Yay!  Oops!  Not so fast!  Replace leaking toilet in condo and figure out why AC is leaking profusely all over the floor!  Oh, and multiple trips to Lowes for another part.

 Day 2:  SDC!  (Unless something else decides to leak).

I think I'll be wearing a green oklahoma shirt with a shamrock and OU symbol tomorrow. Sounds like a few of us will be meeting at the Fire Station in the morning. See you guys then.

I never met any of the group on Sunday, but I still had a good time with lots of great bluegrass music and BBQ. :-)

Unfortunately, the GAC Country Nights show was canceled after only a couple of songs in the second set because of lightning in the area. :-(
