Hey Biscuit! Yes, she did review with me and yes we do have a bus (seniors) coming in plus it is "Veteran's Week". So, unfortunately we are pretty full. Unless we receive a cancellation, the only rooms I have left are top floor. Sorry! It is pretty standard during "Veteran's Week" to get busses here and we do start filling up for those dates in late July.

I showed her how to find you, so now she knows. Again, if we get a cancellation and can move you to "your" room, we will most definitely do so! Thank you!

Sorry to have to close for the season, but as most of you know we normally close within the first week of December. Now, if I could get quite a few reservations for mid-Dec, that could change. Unfortunately, we can't stay open for just a room or two. It costs more to stay open based on that fact. Okie, can't you come sooner?

Eagle, don't know if for business reasons you are allowed to do it, but if you are, it would be interesting to see you publish here some stats regarding how many SDCfans.com folks visited you this season, and how it compares to the last year or two. Thanks!

Junior. I don't have final numbers yet.... But I can tell you that .......

2 years ago ( our 1st year there basically) we had a little over 200 stays....

Last year we were at 275-280 stays..

when Paige and I were talking a couple of weeks ago we are projected for 300 (maybe more) stay this year.... AND she didn't open until May 1st .!

Pretty good numbers and I know Paige and her whole crew appreciate the patronage.!

I will be there thanksgiving weekend and will get final numbers from her then... She will be closing the following weekend..

we are hoping for an April 1st opening next year..

Glad to see the steady increase in numbers. It's nice to know sdcfans.com has a real economic impact in the area. I myself have stayed at the motel, and recommend it. Way to go, sdcfans!!!

I am happy to publish our numbers for the last few years since we started the discount! Sandune is right, we do increase every year which is awesome! It's funny, when first started corporate was not aware of how the numbers would grow, now they love this group!

2011 - 277 Rooms booked
2012 - 322 Rooms booked
2013 - 338 to date (still have month to go!)

Also, we have received more calls this year about how they have found this site, just signed in and then in-turn making reservations! We do make it clear, you have to be a member of this site to get the discount. If you are not a member and just looking well then when you join, you can have the discount!. Hopefully this has contributed to part of the growing members on this site? Again I cannot say thank you enough for all of your support!

I joined the site not knowing about Homestay or the special rate, and am glad I found out about it! My fiance and I are planning on trying to get reservations there for the weekend before Thanksgiving, unless my football team makes the state championship. So either way it should be a good weekend

If we can't come this time I'm sure we will stay there during some other trip, so this site is a good partner for Homestay. All the good reviews make the decision easy, too!

As usual, we called one place and one place only for our OTC trip to SDC - big surprise it was HomeStay Inn. Our Yorkies love it and we love it!!

Thanks again Paige! I think this makes 4 extended weekends this year we stayed with your place.

Just got back from another great 3 night stay at Homestay. Last night the "No Vacancy" sign was up on the lobby door. Several "no vacancy" signs were up on motels in Branson last night.
