Got mine today! I sure don't think they are all mailed out in one day! Because if they were don't you think we would have all gotten them around the same time??

Lots of good food coupons, good until end of august,
And a mention of the new Western Stunt show, 1st time this year. (i think)
and several guest admission coupons..

I am getting really tired of never getting my SDC times.. I purchase 5 season passes a year and in the last 2 years I have only recieved it 2 times. I called today and was told that I should have already recieved it. I asked if they could resend it and they told me no that they are not able to do it.

I asked them about that also and the lady said they would not be posting it because all of the coupons.

I get one about half the time, so I feel your pain. Why don't you try calling again and asking to speak with administrative personnel? Let them know that you may not be a multiple pass holder in the future if they don't take you serious? This makes me mad. Customer service should work with you on this. Once, a few years ago I was able to talk them into sending me a copy, but I had push them like a used car salesman.

when i called them about it last year, I was told they mailed all copies out.. and there were no "extras".

Haven't received my copies of the Times yet, either. >:(We use the coupons when we get the Times. I consider the coupons to be a benefit of being a season pass holder. I consider the coupons to be a far greater benefit than the BAFs. I would much rather get food, beverage, and merchandise discounts as a season pass holder benefit instead of BAFS.

Well after talking to the very rude lady in coustomer service I am rethinking taking my brother and his 4 children next week. That would have been 6 2 day passes. But I haven't been treated so badly in all the years I have been going. So I may just not go this time. All I wanted was my Times. Guess no one at Sdc really cares since they already have my cash for my 4 season passes.
