My wife and I recently visited SDC and we had a great time.  It had been six years since we were there last and were surprised to see that Celebration City had been closed.  When we visited there six years ago CC was pretty new and had a few good rides but just didn't have the interest and charm that SDC has.  Was attendance at CC that low that they decided to close it down and sell off some of the rides?  Were there any other factors leading to the permanent closure of CC?
