Just looking outside at the snow wondering if anyone has any SDC pictures taken in the snow.
Maybe someone that works there or did will have a few.

None at home, but I have a whole roll at work...I know that doesn't help now!

mhguy77

I would love to see them on Monday night :)

i knew rube, junior or copper would have some pics!

Swoosh

Yeah I have some on MiG - it was one of the Coaster Christmases. I'd direct link it for you but I'm on the road and won't be back home 'til Sunday

Only thing I am familiar with is a snow picture of Old Matt's Cabin at Shepherd of the Hills Homestead and a snow picture of the Wilderness Church at SDC on a postcard. Pull up Ebay and do a search and most likely the Wilderness Church postcard will be there.
"Howdy there folks! My name is Junior Dugan, and I'll be drivin' your diving bell!"

Here is Swoosh's MIG site from Dec 2006 Coaster Christmas showing dome snowy shots of SDC.

Thanks for the pictures Copper!  The old city sure looks good in snow, and of course the church looks great in any weather.

Thanks for the pics.
Its interesting and seems strange not to see lots of tracks in the snow.
What a difference in the snow.
It is interesting to see the land without the leaves impeding the clear view.
Perspective change.

Copper

You are welcome, always happy to share.  I put the Coke Truck/Tree photo in because it looked more behind the scenes.  Also the Thunderation photo isn't in snow, but it's cool to see it in the state it's in.

Hey Copper,  what's with the comment under the Thunderation picture "Makes me sad that Thunderation will no longer go backwards"?  Why are they changing it?

rubedugans

I was wondering that too, I just assumed it was something we would soon find out about!
