Confirmation it's a Mack Rides project. That's their signature footer design.

Is that roof they're building over the AP channel, or is it something different?

Seriously, no updates?  I am planning on being on park next Sunday afternoon.  I challenge you all to get an amazing update before then!

Im glad to see that SDC cares about preserving American plunge, and IM exctied to see the new theming updates! however, Im starting to think that american plunge wont open on time (or at all) next year. they don't want people on the ride with construction next door, thats a safety nightmare, especially with how close both rides are.

Duelist

^ I can't think they would close AP for the whole year unless it was completely unavoidable.  Having AP down all summer would make the incredibly long lines already experienced at MRF nightmarish.

Or will some of the new enclosures block all of that?

^ I would think that's one of the main reasons for the new enclosures.  Hope so anyway.

Anybody else a little bit bummed about how much AP is going to be in a tunnel/structure now? The ride was mostly tunnel as it was, but now the only outdoor section before the lift is the little bit going out of the station and the whirlpool scene?
