Sons of the Silver Dollar ("The Sons") just announced a move away from the City.  They will now present a 75-minute show in one of the theaters at IMax.

According to their Facebook page they will be performing at the Little Opry Theatre.  Really a shame, there were a staple of the park for many years

Wonder what the reasoning was. Bad blood with the upper park management recently?

Might just be a better opportunity. As old acts on the strip fade away, they might have saw an opening and gone for it. I'm sure their audience at SDC has suffered as much of the older crowd has stayed away over the past year for various reasons. Hopefully they still lend their talents to SDC shows from time to time.

Maybe SDC is cutting costs?  It's been a tough year.

Except the chain just bought a new park and aquarium so that doesn't add up
