Chittlins, not interested in the job market, but can you tell me a little about the housing market, cost of utilities, overall cost of living, etc.  Are most subdivisions involved with hoa fees?  I'd like to find a newish home with an additional large garage on at least a 1/2 acre - avoiding subdivisions is possible, but not wanting to be isolated on acreage.

Half acre lots in a sub is going to set you back. with a new constructionon it's going to run 300 and up if it's in the city limits of the big four. Most all subs with half a re lots will require 2500 min. On square footage if not higher. There's one place out in Farmington that might be of interest called Twin Falls. Big lots but will require a septic system. Haven't been out there in a year so I don't know what's still out there. Those lots are closer to .75 to a full acre flat lots but at the same price or cheaper than Fayetteville lots.
