Anyone going to the crafts show? Got to ask a favor: Buck Taylor's dad, Dub Taylor, did the voiceover for Grandpappy Dugan at the diving bell. Could somebody ask Buck if he knew about that, and see if he has any recollection of the ride, his dad's part in it, and so on. I'm just curious. I have wanted to get up there and ask him in person, but, I have not had the chance. Thanks to anyone who can help!

And for anyone else there tomorrow (sunday), I will be at the 920 show for horsecreek band, then will be by the fire engine for opening ceremony, will have my wide brimmed dark leather hat on and a plaid sleevelss short...

Buck Taylor is not supposed to be at the City until the 18th. Has a prior engagement this weekend as a featured artist at the Pendleton Round-Up rodeo in Oregon. If no one has asked him about this by next weekend I'll see if he remembers.

Thanks, all! I've been curious about that issue for years. I'd love to meet Buck and ask him in person. I hope I still have the chance. Plus, I love watching him on Gunsmoke!

Let me request this again, please. If anyone has a chance to visit with Buck Taylor, could you ask him about his dad's role as "Grandpappy" at the diving bell. It was a voice over role that probably was done in just a day or two time back in early 1977. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

Anyone going to the city this coming Saturday? (Oct. 5, 2013) !!
We will be there. It looks like I will have a quick Sat/Sun to getaway. We are leaving home when we wake up Saturday and heading to Branson. I expect to be there in the 9-10 AM timeframe. We will be at SDC on Saturday, rain/cold or warm/dry. Either way we are going. We need to leave for home by about 10 AM Sunday. We have to stop at the campground we like to attend on the way back home and pick up the camper. It has been at the campground since Labor Day as I have been working everyday.

Not sure what room I will be in, but I/we, will be at Homestay. Paige said they are remodeling the KING rooms, so we might be in a double queen room, she really didnt know yet.

Let me know who will be there.
