Kidsfest

Wondering how the Kidsfest is going so far this season...Anybody been to the park in the last few days, and how are things going? Is is crazy busy yet? How are the lines, and the behavior of the patrons (the kids) anybody see wild kids getting out of hand? How are the shows, and so on?

I haven't been yet, but the Kids Fest commercials have been blowing up my television the past few weeks.

need josh to talk to you about kidfest.... his group got to brason on the 7th and they have been at the city everyday!!!!!!

On the 1branson board, the Flying Wallendas show has received great reviews.

I know I'm speaking blasphemy, but have zero desire to visit during Kidsfest this year. One reason is that I don't want to wrangle m toddler in the heat. But even without the kids, I'm not sure I want to go. The shows don't sound interesting to me. Maybe the circus show would be okay, but I don't want to sit through another dog-stunt show. The circus at Worldsfest was not very good. Bring in a stage show with a nice/funny story, please!

We may meet friends for Moonlight Madness, but I'm not sure how appealing that is to me, either. We'll see. We may take a break until Oct.

stacey, i checked with the local in house physician. He thinks you have a mile case of SDCitis. Suggested cure is 90 days away from the city. you will be fine!

Went to the park today (June 24, 2011) and posted a review under trip review section. Light to moderate crowds today, easy in, around, and out of the park! The usual plastic and rubber crap at various shops specifically for Kidsfest. The moving dinosaur exhibit was nice, Well done. Did see many "Not in Miss Mary's Time" type-stuff today, but, well, I've complained enough about that junk! In all, a very nice visit, and crowds were happy, contented, and well behaved...no sightings today of kids running amuck and out of control! (LOL!)

I am glad the crowds, and kids for the matter were under control, and that it was a pleasant trip. As far as the out of theme elements, were going to have to get you some blinders.
