Better have them look at the law - they're not required to make up the 8th, 10th, or 12th days out or any day after 13.

Our top brass at the district level made the decision last week, that we would make up ALL up until 10, and no more after that.

We were told at the board meeting that up until 6 we MUST make them up, after that it is every other one needs to be made up until 10. After that they are forgiven. They could be pulling our legs, but I don't know!

You are right about a maximum of 10 days to make up. It could be a difference in the way they presented it.

Did the legislation meet yet on forgiving the days we all missed due to this storm?
I keep hearing that it is being considered up in my neck of the woods.

^^Swoosh, I think they set up this new system so there would be no question about making up days. 10 days max.

<-----Day 12 on Friday!!! And we don't have to make this one up, so our last day is still June 3, which is a Friday.

We should be back in class on Monday, which (ironically) is a half-day for students. Then Friday is a field trip to the not so Fantastic Caverns.
