I managed to, despite the ice and snow, get the fire started (I had plumb forgot to warm the flue!) I'll shovel the walk for ya!

Congrats! It's nice to have some company HB! It isn't like I have even been here more than 24 hrs. Seeing that it still is the same day It's close enough to call it a draw.

You must be really lonely in the cabin. As soon as I posted, you opened the door and embraced me. It has been a long journey through the drifting snow, along closed highways, and through the blizzard, but I have finally arrived. If you don't mind, I'd like to have some hot chocolate (the works), a funnel cake, and sit back to listen to some bluegrass.

Though the amenities are not quite as nice as the 2K, the 1K club is nothing to scoff at Sanddune! You also get a free piece of Taffy on your next visit to SDC!

Agreed about the 1K Post Club, but it has a tendency to get crowded, while the 2K cabin is quite roomy. Okla, don't take my comment above too seriously; you are more than welcome to join us when you get the chance.

and from what i understand the 2K cabin has fresh wassill,funnel cakes and other goodies!
