ok, heres one that i realize is a "law" in some places BUT<

Pull into a gas station, where the fuel desk is in plain site, and the employees can see you, even though you are the ONLY person there.... AND YOU HAVE TO PREPAY!!!!!

People that just let their carts go at a store where they could run into parked cars and scratch paint.

Parents that let their kids run riot in stores, at amusement parks, etc.

My neighbors
who can't clean up their own yard
who won't mow their own grass
who throw their junk food trash
who will not go out to get jobs
who stick their older relatives in the basement with black mold

yet they still have the biggest, baddest, big-screen, HDTV television available, complete with the most advanced video games on the market.
