Visited SDC Monday- took my 3 year old daughter for the first time! Highlight of fatherhood to see her experience this great place. Took her on my favorite ride Flooded mine. Really hope they don't change that ride, to many great memories!

That's great, man. Glad you were able to take your kiddo. I've enjoyed introducing our little ones to a place I loved so much as a kid, even if every trip now involves me cramming in to the back seat of a Dalmatian at Fireman's Landing. Gets tricky trying to buckle in to some of those kid rides with your legs turned sideways!

zoom.earth is an option. They are supposed to sort through available images based on the date they were taken. I've only used it a few times, so I'm not sure how helpful it will actually be for you.

Based on construction progress on the trough, is there any indication how the new Ribhouse might "interact" with the ride? Between the ride, the restaurant and the patio, that big space is filling up fast!

So we have a name? Wonder if the other trademarks were just to throw folks off of the scent? Or if they will be elements of the story of the new ride?

If it is Mystic River Falls, I'd say that further supports what the photos and speculation point at -- that this will feature a lift and a slide.

Noticed, yesterday, that they boarded up the Pumpkin Nights area so you can't see the work from the train like you could a few weeks back.

I guess Mystic River Falls could be related to (or a reference to) the Mystic River Passage in Marvel Cave?
