Good Friday/Easter Weekend
« on: March 26, 2010, 07:27:28 AM »
Tentatively looking at heading to the City on Good Friday.  When I mentioned to my mom that it would mean the kids would miss the daycare Easter egg hunt she said that SDC had one.
I have never been there for it, but is it only on Easter Sunday?  Does anyone know about this?

And what will the craziness level be on Good Friday?

Found the info!  Still wondering what attendace might look like for those days.

NEW Easter Celebration!
April 2 & 3

Celebrate Easter at one of your family's favorite places to play, Silver Dollar City!

Calling all kids age 11 and under - go for an Easter Egg Hunt throughout the Park! Keep your eyes peeled for colorful eggs hidden in easy-to-find places. Golden eggs even have treats inside! The Egg Count takes place at 3pm on the Gazebo, and first, second and third place prizes will be awarded. Look for the Easter Bunny or any Silver Dollar City Street Character for your Easter Egg Bag.

We went on Good Friday last year and the crowds were very small.  But it was also 40 degrees and raining.  Who knows with the good weather predicted this week.
