~~I do believe that this is the duplicating lathe smokestack..I had to second guess even my own photograph on this one! mudhead is on the board WELCOME!!!~~

OFFICIAL RETRACTION
I was mistaken in my own photo. This IS in fact the forge at the knife shop. I should never have second guessed Steam on this one, he would know a steam stack vs a coal stack. Since I too was fooled, I am going to keep mudhead on the board, AS WELL AS add Steam for his correct answer. Thanks Steam, and game back on!
