With that said, even some family coasters need big footers. A big part of footer size is determined by land.

The land where Mine Ride 2027 sits is different than Time Traveler's plot. When surveying, they may have found that the distance to bedrock is far greater. They also need to build the piers/footers below the frost line so Missouri's temperature swings don't shift the base of the ride. There are a lot of factors that play into footer size that don't necessarily have anything to do with the size or forces of the coaster itself.

I'm not an engineer, so I can't say for sure, but didn't Silver Dollar City reinforce part of Wildfire's plot of land with a retaining wall a few years ago? The land in that area may be prone to washing out, so they're taking proper precautions to ensure the new ride is stable for years to come.
Pretty sure this is Project 2027 tracker, not rip on B-A Adventures forum.

RowEleven said one very true line about BA adventures.  Calm down, their videos are pretty worthless clickbait

"This info is sourced" Then proceeds to give about 25 minutes of conjecture. "The name has been in front of us the whole time." Comes up with a list of names just off the top of his head.

While he's not quite "Inside the Magic" he is close.  However, no one is forcing you to interact with his content.

It still wont be a TNT replacement. Yes its a coaster, yes its mine themed but the similarities end there.

Heart Of The Hollow

Does anyone know if the Mini Miners got their invite(or if they even need one) to the announcement? Have they gotten whatever their "top-secret mission" is yet?

Yes, it was an email. Maybe check your spam. It should have gone to the email that was used when registering.

Duelist

I found this on Ozarkly: https://www.ozarkly.com/stories/theming-upgrades/

This gentleman works with Robotics for SDC and keeps a lot of the special things about the City going.  The reason I'm posting it to this thread is near the end of the article it states : "He's also busy creating elements for a top-secret project that will be revealed later this season".  Gives me hope that they are really going all out with the theming for the new ride.

The park's creative team is very small, but they all love their jobs and they're all very excited about the new ride. I think it will be a career-defining project for many of them.
