Top Of The Rock - New Lodge

Anyone heard what happened to the new lodge that was supposed to be being built at Top of the Rock?  Last thing I could find about it looking at Google, is the original stories back in early 2018 and they stated that construction was supposed to start later that summer.   Just curious.

In October of 19 the shuttle driver talked about it but I never heard/saw anything about it after that.
