Let me help you Swoosh...No. I know I'm not right after thinking it over! I was thinking of the "Hay and Grain" storefront.

Is it along the path from corkscrew to the train station?

Is it on a pole on the right if you are walking towards GE in the area between TNT and the Culinary School?

How about near, but not on, the corkscrew path, and not on the path to the train station, but at the bottom of the screw?
