Betamike, I'm a little disappointed you didn't get this one.  Copper earns a point - this is just inside the door to the sample room in Brown's Candy.

It is on Valley Road in a little clearing there by the Tater Patch & Poke Salad Mary's across from the Flooded Mine Facade.

Wow.  This is unusual.  No guesses in two days.  I'll admit, it is one of the more difficult pictures we've had.  I'll wait, though, before giving clues.

I can't for the life of me think of any name for the building, or if it has one, but is it on the building just to the left of the Hospitality house entrance on main street?  The sell crafts mostly.
