It is on the Northwest wall of the Mine Restaurant facing Hannah's -- to the north of the covered entrance to the restaurant.  In fact if you walk up the step there on the north of the restaurant to the entrance and look left you will see it.
And a partridge in a pear tree. ;)

^ah you forgot something -- it goes the Candy Shop, Entrance to first aid/back stage, funnel cake shop THEN the restaurant with the sign on it  ;D ;D

You can see it if you look to your right over the banister as you are exiting the ride.
