The Baldknobbers Theatre, home to Branson’s first show, will also be home to two more shows next year, with the “Buck Trent Country Music Show” and the Sons of the Pioneers.

Boy, This is a first isn't it. The Baldknobbers sharing their stage. You have to wonder if this is a move of necessity to increase revenues or just being the good neighbor.

That baldknobbers issue is scary to think about.  Looks like I'll be booking tickets next trip.

Also, weren't the SONS of the Pioneers at SOTH?  I hope they don't leave...
Small wonder our lives have so little of God in them, when we come in touch with so little that God has made.

Poor Jim...20 years in town, all lost in a d-i-v-o-r-c-e! Makes you wonder what happened between the two of them. They had a real nice log home on Taneycomo, wonder who got that pile of logs? I guess Jim will have to work out of rented theaters. Makes you wonder if he won't move on out of town and start over somewhere else...say somewhere around Dollywood.

I heard by eavesdropping that he was moving to Florida and semi-retiring, but I can't vouch for that AT ALL.

Interesting article on why the Baldknobbers are returning to the road this winter. Talks about the demographic changing and how they need to reintroduce Branson to a new generation of visitors.
