Love Works for Professional Development
« on: November 08, 2013, 09:39:00 AM »
I know there are a lot of educators here, so I'll share this with you.  During this mornings staff meeting, I discussed the story of Joel going to his Senior sports banquet and giving the head nod to the freshmen boys and how his mother taught him the importance of how to "make their life better".  Now all of my teachers are going out to buy the book.  Strange enough, it is cheaper at the City than it is on Amazon!  I told them to just to go to Silver Dollar City and experience it first hand.  You are welcome Mr. Manby!  LOL

Wow!  That's cool!  I haven't been interested in reading that book, but maybe now I am...

"Love Works" should be read by every employer, boss, teacher, leader, out there.  It is really good!  Manby describes that it is possible to treat employees fairly and make a decent profit at the same time.
