That is horrible to watch. They said the driver of the duck was anchoring in the busy channel, I can understand if you were that man and you thought the boat was on fire you would kill it where it was. I don't think I would have tried to drive it further if it were burning.
Unfortunately he was in a bad location when this happened. I don't find negligence in his actions, the other boat did not attempt to maneuver around the duck at all. And the captain was texting........
Makes you sick to think about those passengers.
