A great location that apparently not too many people eat at...that is if so many of these restaurants have closed down there! I'm sure rent is high for this primo location.

yea, i bet rent is high!

this location has lots of patio/outdoor seating,

they have even modified the back 1/2 of the old riverboat into a bar, connected to the restaurant. it is floating right next to the building..

When I worked for SDC my friend managed the SDC ticket and info center that was at the Landing, if I remember right the rent was like $4000 a month.

4000, ? maybe for the that small area? maybe? sounds a little high,
I am sure the larger buildings are MUCH more.. 
would be fun to know a real number,  $$ per sq ft..
