just receieved an email and GG is open again. It needed minor repair, and I guess they dont like lookey loos like us nosing in and sniffin around.....I cant imagine ANY of us doing THAT!! lol

Huh, well so much for my off the cuff speculation earlier. Seems like every time I launch into a news story from the city it turns out to be nothing. Still, it's worth noting that with the chain doing so much in the way of big play structures, GG is a prime candidate for a re-do of some kind someday soon.

Tiffany- I was on my cell phone watching the log rollers in Lake Silver and saw that Geyser Gulch was up and running.

I was a moderate KISS fan, but the funny part is, my mom and dad were front row for a KISS recent tour through St. Louis along with Aerosmith. funny they didn't even call me to ask if I wanted to go (They were bigger fans than I ever was). Mom came home wearing a scarf...that she got from Joe Perry during the show.

How do you do that!?

You have to have a smartphone with a browser. I do it occasionally but the options are very limited (at least with BlackBerry). None of the usual forum codes will work, you're basically just reading and sending text. Can't view pics, quote, any of that stuff. But I can post a pic using photobucket mobile. I use it mainly to check in on the forums during the day when I'm at work.

To save on confusion, I changed the title of the thread here to Guyser Gulch (IS NOT) CLOSED...hopefully it is okay. I did not want any new readers to think the wrong things based on a title.
