I made my own version of the potatoes, and the succotash several times, but I know I am leaving something out that gives it that distinct flavor....LBS. of BUTTER! (and for my wife's portion it was missin' the meat!). It was still good, and brought back many thoughts of SDC. I have gotten close to the spice recipe, which usually consists of garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion flake/ powder, and a few other odds and ends....but not exactly what they use.
