BONUS POINT if someone can narrow it down to what this thing is because I failed to look closer yesterday and it is bugging me!!!! SInce I don't know I will need to research it to find if you give me a guess...There might not be a correct answer!

I believe that is an old pneumatic jackhammer or drill that would have been used in mining operations.

Alright thanks to Zephon I have found the item, and I found a photo to cross reference the machine. It is in fact a pneumatic drill. More than likely from the late 19th century, or the first half of the 20th century.
The photos have the images oriented to see the similarities in the two machines.
