SDC's Bluegrass and BBQ Festival was named the winner of the bluegrass event of the year award by the International Bluegrass Music Association.  The award was announced in Nashville this week.  More details from KHOZ radio:

I play bluegrass once a month with a jam group in St Louis and I love it. Someday I hope to be able to go to the festival, and understand, and pick up some techniques, and/or tips for the bluegrass guitar. I have played mostly rock/ classic rock in a band since 1994, and am looking forward to learning a new style. I unfortunately missed the first day of the festival this year, but what I saw was great.

The Bluegrass Festival has been our favorite to this point (OTC a very close second) and am glad to see them get this award...Great job SDC
