I was wondering, when I Was at Dollywood this weekend I noticed next to Smoky Mountain River Rampage that they had a dispenser, where you could put in 50 cents, and get a water proof pouch. Do they offer this at SDC? Also, on the kids rides like Busy Bees, Lucky Ducky, Piggy Parade ETC they had tarps (hard to describe) over the rides so the rides wouldn't get so hot in the sun for the little kids, do they do that at SDC? Just curious. Someone Please Reply :)

I don't think they have started the $.50 bag racket yet, I hope not. I find that cheapens the entire environment, kind of like the Carney games....
I think if you went to the popcorn stand and asked they would give you a bag for free.

They do have the bags at the Lost River of the Ozarks..

Yeah, they have the 50-cent waterproof bag things at Lost River and River Blast. Personally, I think it's great. A lady in front of me at River Blast got one, and it unfolded into something that could almost fit a backpack. Definitely a better deal than buy a tiny pouch for a couple dollars at one of the park shops.

At the RB you really do not need the bags though...  They have really nice bins on the ride that you can pur everything in.  On the LR you really need a bag since you have to take all of your belongings on the ride.

I dunno. The bins still are a bit wet inside because whenever you open the bin lid, the water on the outside drips in.
