Phone rang this afternoon and husband answered; it was a guy doing a phone survey for SDC.  The guy asked questions about our visit last week -- what did we like about Bluegrass and BBQ, what shows did we see in the park, what did we think about food service, did we ride the River Blast, and some other questions.  He also asked about what else we did while we were in Branson -- did we shop, go out to eat, etc.  Has anyone else participated in this survey?  I usually get most of the email surveys but didn't get the one about Half Dollar Holler.

SDC officials do scan what's going on here. That's why current employees who contribute to this site only report things they won't get in trouble for. In the past, some employees have been called into the office only to be told to be careful about what they discuss publicly. SDC has always been very good about surveys, especially since the early 80s. They poll guests to find out what it is they want to see at the park. They want repeat business, and they want to attract new people to their parks.

Husband said there was a question about food PRICES.  Most of the questions had a numerical scale.  We do think food prices are too high.
