I stickied this so that everyone will be able to see it. I'll update it with any new info as it becomes available.

Ozark Outlaw

Wow, very informative! I know the anticipation is building high, and I cannot wait for this once in a life time Silver Dollar City event. Thanks for gathering this information together, and posting it! ;D

bthomas

Maybe this has been covered, but what time will the gates open Saturday?  Am staying at Deer Run so what to plan accordingly.

Joy

Hmmm... That's one piece of information I don't know yet, but I'm sure perhaps Zephon or one of our other many members who are Citizens will be able to tell us.

My own postulation would be 8am.

biscuitcreek

Thanks for the info.  I've been checking SDC's website but the entertainment schedule still hasn't been updated.

Joy

Well, just checked, and they have the schedule and Pathfinder up! Any new information will be added to the initial post on this thread.

Wow...sounds like a lot of fun!  I wish I could be there.  :(

Well at least we'll be able to enjoy the park until around 1pm rain free tomorrow.
Bring an umbrella... it gets very hairy weather-wise shortly afterwards

Well, at least if the rain holds off 'til 1pm, they should be able to get the main event done before it does.

Thank goodness I finally caved and bought a new umbrella last week. I'll definitely bring that and my poncho. (don't feel like lugging my coat around; can stuff the poncho in my purse)

Today was fantastic, until the OMD concert ended, then we got hammered with hail & down pour & busted my #@!! see the bruises Sat...Oh, and I bought my first ever umbrella, and I used it more to help the oldsters, than myself.  The line for Echo Hollow is set up all the way to Expo & back.  It was full all the way back up to Brown's, before they opened up for OMD, expect a bigger crowd Sat, as there was less than 7,000, today.
RIP Chippewa Lake Park

Holy crappola. Looks like I may just get in line as soon as the opening ceremony ends. LOL I'm bringing a notepad and book to keep me busy. :)

^while you stood in line, I got 2 rides (walk ons) on Powder Keg, Wildfire, and Fire in the Hole and 1 ride on TGS.... and I still got a seat in Echo Hollow. :D
