Yeah, this seems out of left field. Then again, the RTD chain has been kind of an albatross for HFEC in recent years with the barge collision and I think another incident where one sank in some other city? I thought the Branson one was their flagship though...

Perhaps it was a family thing where one of the Herschend family had control of it and decided to sell? I know there have been some odd business setups with the company before.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the rest of them sell off or shut down before long. They don't seem as popular as they used to be.
