Last minutes overnight trip planned so we can get full advantage of tomorrow's beautiful day and of course, they were very accommodating! Love it! Looking forward to spending time with family and our 1st GrandBlessing's trip to SDC! Guess who's excited!!

Beautiful day today at SDC. Very busy, but always fun.  Average wait time for the popular rides are up to 60 minutes+!  We did not make the concert last night - waited for 2 hours in the cold and rain- and they were late opening the gates due to the weather-and the cold won, but heard it was fantastic.

We have begun planning our first SDC/Branson trip for the weekend of March 28th, and would like some feedback on what to expect as this will be our first time attending the Young Christian's Weekend concerts.

Friday night's concert begins at 8:30 - what time should we plan on arriving, and getting in line, to get fairly good seating.  We have about a 3 hour drive and I would like to check in before heading over to SDC.

And what does the attendance look like?  Any guesses?

Checked into Econo Lodge last night~Rick was very nice, rooms ae great.  My hubby has checked out the breakfast, and brought me back some coffee!!  Girls jumped right in the pool yesterday evening - no complaints!! Loving' it   

This will be our home away from home!

    I know this is a little late, but we stayed at Homestay Inn on the 12th of May ~ Every thing we expected and a good price!!  So glad that this is available to us!!

I have a quick question for those of you who have made season pass purchases many times. 

This was my families first year to do the season passes and we loved it!  We decided to get them in March~and I know if we purchased sooner we could have gotten a better deal. 

The question is, When is the better deal?  Purchasing when they first go on sale?  Nov 6 according to this thread, or Purchasing during the off season? Jan - Feb? 

**This will be our first Christmas Season at SDC~we are so looking forward to it!!!**
