Does anyone remember lakeland amusement park outside of Memphis? I'm having a hard time finding any information on it.

I go to SDC through West Branson. I stay and eat at Indian Point. I leave SDC through West Branson. I stay out of Branson if I can. Why? Traffic.

They need to move the measuring station to the front of the park instead of making you walk all the way to the back of the park to get measured.

Day job is lab tech. I also square dance and contra dance. I am a square dance and contra caller, and I also teach square dance and contra at Northern Oklahoma College.

In the 70's I was forced to stay in rockaway beach. (there was no room at the inn in branson.) The hotel was old. No bathroom in the room. No TV in the room. TV was in the lobby. I can't remember the name of the hotel. Can anyone help me?

take craft classes like the cooking classes the offer now. blacksmith 101, glass blowing 101, etc.

also would like to see a behind the scenes tour of city dollar city. i would like to get a look at the basement of the candy factory.

I've often wondered what Miss Mary would have thought about more roller coaster and less crafts. Don't tell me "that's progress" because at Silver Dollar City is ain't.

big brother has come to Disneyland and disneyworld.

am i passionate or overdoing it when it comes to the saloon show. I want to see all 5 shows in a day and I've figured out how to do it. buy 3 show lovers passes. be first in line for the 10:30 show, use a show lovers passes for the 11:30 and 12:30 shows, be first in line for the 2:30 show and use my last show lovers pass for the 3:30 show.

Fabian is still doing "you made me love you". What i want to do is see every saloon show done in one day. I'll have to buy some show lover passes and go by myself. i once did the show twice in a day and the actors had changed roles in the second show. like them both.

   to finish up my trip report, on Saturday the 14th we started out trying to have breakfast at the Indian point marina restaurant (the floating cafe). it was closed. next tried to do the zip line at Shepherd of the hill, weather world not permit.
   For 40 years i have gone down the strip and passed by the baldknobbers and Presley's. i have kicked myself more than once for not seeing these shows earlier for traditional reasons.
Last year i saw the baldknobbers and this past Saturday i finally saw the Presley's. i liked the comedy better at the baldknobbers but the music better at the Presley's but i loved both shows. Sorry i missed out for forty years.
