I'm also excited to see how the new area connecting Grand Expo and Fire District looks. I'm a little afraid it will look like a parking lot but I trust Herschend to make it look nice.

During An Old Time Christmas you could see that the asphalt in the entire area was removed. I know a few people were concerned that they were just going to add the stage and seating on top of the existing asphalt, but isn't the case.

That definitely alleviates some of my concerns. Good to hear!
