Gold Season Pass

I understand that the Gold season pass is new this year. any thoughts on getting gold pass just for Adults and have other members of family get regular pass. Is that even allowed? We usually only get two mugs to share and only show one pass to get discount at stores. Any thoughts or insight is greatly appreciated

You would think a parent showing the Gold Pass would be enough to get the discount.  It is pretty obvious the parent is paying for the food & drink.  Just can't imagine a cashier asking each family member to show what kind of pass they have to know what to charge.
