Thanks to Tinmann for answering my question about the strange rundown structure behind the Pottery Factory.  It sounds logical that it would be an old exit from the Playhouse.  Shave helped me figure out how to upload a picture of it.  Here it is.

Now that I see the photo, I think that is right. An old playhouse exit.
