Thanks for replies regarding Friday.  We decided to forego the show lovers pass.  We can buy a lot of pulled pork down Dockside for that!   :)

Thank you all for the advice!  Friday was perfect at the park, and we didn't need the show lover's pass.  We arrived in line about 30 minutes early (give or take) for the 3:45 Christmas Carol show and were in plenty of time for great seats.  Thanks again!
